With our customers all around the world, we send our products everywhere!
- Once a customer will place an order, they will get a confirmation call, text, or email and once the order is confirmed, the order will be processed & dispatched.
- We hold the right to cancel or change any order with prior notice due to various reasons like the product being out of stock, price issue, Debit/Credit Card payment decline/fraud, any technical issue or the product found defective by Quality Control.
- Domestic Shipments are dispatched via TCS, Call Courier and other various courier partners.
- For Lahore specifically, we also use our own courier service which is seamless like all other courier services.
- International Shipments are fulfilled using DHL & Fedex as our courier partners.
- It takes up to 1-2 working days for us to dispatch the order once it has been confirmed by the customer.
- Domestic: Customers can receive their parcel in 2-3 working days after it has been dispatched.
- International: Customer can expect their order to be delivered within 4-6 working days after it has been shipped.
- Domestic: FREE Nationwide Shipping

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Only):
- Orders delivered out of Pakistan may be subject to Custom, Duties or Taxes.
- We dispatch using DDU (Deliver the shipment with duties and taxes unpaid)
- This means that any duties and taxes levied on the shipment will be borne by the customer.
- Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
- We cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country on the shipment.
- We do not take returns of International Orders unless we have delivered the item other than what was ordered, if this case occurs, contact us.
- Taxes and Duties are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
